The Challenge

We had shaken up the power market, but there were lots of new entrants. How could we create a compelling offer over simply having no contracts? It’s not the most interesting fact.

The Insight

There is no bigger regret than getting a tattoo that has gone wrong. This is the same with a power contract, because you are locked in for two years and there is always a better deal. With Energy Online there are no contracts, so no regrets.

The Results

7th most viral video on YouTube 2015. +50 million global views. Featured on the front page of Reddit, Daily Mail, NY Times and the Graham Norton Show. Their customer base grew from 60,000 to 110,000 within a 3-year period.
