Together, we were able to launch this new brand with so much interest that Farmers Box could not keep up with the demand and had to shut their website on multiple occasions to facilitate the incoming sales. Over time we've helped Farmers Box grow both as a business and across Auckland, and are now expanding into the Waikato. We continue to support their consistent sales with radio, social and CRM, and help more and more families enjoy fresh fruit and vegetables at an incredible price.
Auckland Sales Results (8 weeks post-launch): Reached 22% of Household Shoppers, and achieved an 11% conversion rate and 49% retention rate.
Hamilton Sales Results (8 weeks post-launch): Reached 16% of Household Shoppers, of which drove a 34% conversion rate and 43% retention rate.
We exceeded all financial KPI’s and have continued to expand since launch.
